"Great new spot. Went there only a few days after they opened, and it seems like they're still ironing out the kinks. They hadn't opened their seating section yet, but they're working on it. The food was great, got the double burger and a fish fry. The burger was greasy (read delicious), and the fish fry was traditional (but no bread). Excited to come back in a month or two once they've gotten into the swing of things."

"My new favorite burger in Madison. (Also a big fan of the Graze burger). Bun, seasoning, condiments all on point. Kids loved the chocolate shake. I very much appreciated the compostable containers, even for the condiments! Decided I wanted to try all the things so got the double cheeseburger, cheese curds and chili cheese fries paired with a beer from next door. Ate kale salad the next day to make up for my cheat night!"

"On the search for the perfect Friday Fish Fry, this is the one so far, yet many more to sample. They allow you to have more than one kind of fish; Perch, Cod & Musky. Wisconsin loves thier Musky, so I tried that with the Perch. I was not disappointed. I will bring my friends here. Just arrive early on the weekends as the locals grab the parking spots. You may just have to make your own space, as a lot of the customers did to dine here. You can eat here, or take it to gom"

"Let's start with the good: -Burgers were excellent, exactly what you want in a burger. Greasy perfection. -Cheese curds with ranch were awesome, would highly recommend. The curds had the proper coating (similar to the Old Fashioned) and the ranch is homemade and one of the highlights. -Service was great, they estimated the wait time down to the minute, which was pretty impressive. -They use compostable containers and silverware. Less good: -Fish fry was good, very passable and enjoyable, but for $18 it felt like it wasn't quite worth it. - The fries were underseasoned and pretty forgettable. -I'd skip the root beer shake if I had to do it over again, I just didn't prefer the ice cream they used. -The prices were a little high- $70 for 2 adults and a kiddo is steep, but I'm sure they use high quality ingredients and the small stuff like compostable containers adds up. I really wanted to give this place a 5 as we are Sean Pharr fans, hoping with a few small adjustments I can change my rating. If/when we go again, I'd stick to a simple cheeseburger and cheese curds with ranch, that's the move here."

"Hanks just opened at the back of Muskeelounge. We had the fish fry and double burger - both great! The bluegill fish fry is very similar to something mint mark has been serving for a while, and it’s on point. The double hanks burger is an unapologetic grease bomb slathered with sauce and grilled onions. They’re planning to add more seating so that will help with the crowds who are already piling up to check it out. We’ll be back for sure!"

"Really good burger and fries. I do feel that the prices are a bit on the higher side especially since there isn’t much table service. That being said the burger is delicious. The caramelized onions are out of the world and you can tell they have taken a lot of time into crafting such a good burger. The staff is also very kind, so hats off to them for great service. I will definitely be coming back to try the fish fry."

"Vegetarian friendly food! I was delighted to see that they had vegetarian chili cheese fries (which is not something you see often). They were amazing. The fries were so crispy and flavorful just on their own too. I also had the impossible burger, and it was an exceptional veggie burger. The sauce was delicious as well. Overall, my partner and I both enjoyed our meals as well as the atmosphere of the eating area. We definitely will be back to check out the Musky for a drink as well. To all that are complaining about the price, I personally think it’s worth it for the veggie options and the fun ambiance."

"Always a good spot. The fish as always was great. Good for a Friday Fish Fry. The only thing that could have been better is the chips. I felt they was just a smidgen old, not to old, just not right on spot as they usually are. My buddy Garrett scarfs his down immediately and could not give me his true opinion. We was lucky and got to sit outside and eat, away from the bar area. This restaurant is good to bring kids to."
